Contexte
The European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (EAERE) has opened applications for its 2027 Visiting Programme, which provides financial support to researchers undertaking an international research visit at a university or research institute abroad. Profil recherché
- Be an EAERE member who remains a member throughout the application process and visiting period.

- Commence the proposed visit during 2027.
- Meet criteria assessed primarily according to the quality of the proposed research programme (priority given to candidates from developing countries or whose proposed visiting period will take place in a developing country when applications are otherwise equal).
Conditions et avantages
- Gross financial support of EUR 3,000 for a research visit lasting between three months and one year.
- Funding paid in three instalments: first instalment during the month before the research visit begins, second instalment following submission and approval of a brief mid-term progress report co-signed by the supervising tutor, and final instalment after submission and approval of a brief final report co-signed by the supervising tutor.
- Help eligible PhD students and early-career researchers offset some of the costs associated with undertaking research abroad.
- Selection process completed in November 2026, with successful applicants notified in December 2026.
