Missions et responsabilités

• Bring energy and vision to growing Blue Ventures’ delivery partner and strategic partnership network across the region.
• Work side-by-side with passionate teams, local leaders, and diverse partners to turn shared conservation goals into real, lasting impact for coastal communities.
• Lead our Regional Partner Network Teams, collaborating closely with regional and global leads, partners, communities and technical experts.
• Design and bring to life collaborative engagement strategies, supporting country-focused Partnership Managers and Coordinators with genuine mentorship and care.
• Shape Blue Ventures’ strategic vision for partnerships across Asia, leading the regional team to identify, onboard and steward high-impact, long-term partnerships.
• Cultivate a thriving and expanding network of community-focused organisations, creating new opportunities for collaboration and continually strengthening how Blue Ventures works with partners to deliver shared ambitions for coastal communities and marine conservation.
• Play a leading role in our ambitious growth across Asia, enabling more organisations and coastal communities to lead the management and protection of their fisheries and marine environments, and helping take community-led conservation to scale across the region.

Profil recherché

• Experience in growing delivery partner and strategic partnership networks.
• Ability to work side-by-side with diverse teams, local leaders, and partners.
• Leadership skills to lead Regional Partner Network Teams and mentor country-focused Partnership Managers and Coordinators.
• Visionary approach to design collaborative engagement strategies and long-term partnerships.
• Commitment to community-led conservation and coastal communities.

Conditions et avantages

• Contract Duration: Permanent
• Hours: Full-time
• Reports to: Regional Director – Asia
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Remuneration: IDR 511,092,596 – 557,754,413 gross annually
• Location: Asia, with extensive travel within the region (based full-time in Asia, regular connections with Regional Hub in Denpasar, Bali, and travel to remote coastal locations)
