UONGOZI Institute Emerging Leaders Programme 2026/2027

Contexte

Applications are now open for the 2026/2027 UONGOZI Institute Emerging Leaders Programme. UONGOZI Institute invites applications from mid-level executives working in any sector across Africa for a dynamic, self-paced programme, Emerging Leaders Programme. The programme, undertaken in collaboration with HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management, includes six modules running for a period of six months. It challenges participants to build self-awareness, embrace a mindset of resilience and growth, and mobilise others to drive change. The faculty consists of experts in the field of leadership development from across the world.

Profil recherché

• At least one year of supervisory, managerial, or leadership experience.
• At least five years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills.

Conditions et avantages

• Duration: 6 months.
• Tuition fee: TZS 2.6 million per person.
• Payment option in two instalments: 50% in advance of registration (November) and 50% in advance of module 4 (February).
• Scholarships: A limited number of merit-based scholarships are available.
