Missions et responsabilités
- Participer au classement mondial de l’entreprenariat à l’intersection de l’alimentation, de la technologie et de la durabilité.
- Démontrer la taille de l’entreprise, l’empreinte numérique et les pratiques de durabilité selon la méthodologie unique de Forward Fooding.
Profil recherché
- Ouvert à toutes les startups et scaleups du secteur de la Food Tech (ou ‘AgriFoodTech’) – du stade précoce aux entreprises plus établies, opérant dans toute la chaîne d’approvisionnement alimentaire.
- Définition de la Food Tech par Forward Fooding : le secteur émergent explorant comment la technologie peut être exploitée pour créer de l’efficacité et de la durabilité dans la conception, la production, le choix, la livraison et la dégustation de la nourriture.
- L’entreprise doit être constituée en société (incorporated).
- L’entreprise doit disposer d’un site web actif.
- L’entreprise doit avoir moins de 15 ans.
